One of the most fascinating things about visiting Cuba was seeing all the OLD American cars that had been kept in good condition by their owners, in spite of not having easy access to parts as we do in the US. I particularly enjoyed learning how to photograph moving vehicles to give a sensation of motion while keeping the vehicle in focus.
I've been enamored of photography all my life and now that I'm retired, I have the time to travel to exotic places for my photography, study others work and improve my skills with guidance from other marvelous photographers. I especially enjoy creating art from images captured with either my Nikon camera, my Olympus OM-D or my iPhone.You will find that I have a wide variety of images ranging from "straight" photographic images to images post-processed with a variety of iOS apps and/or Lightroom/Photoshop with (or without) various plug-ins. In 2015, I embarked on a "photo-a-day" project, committing to post one photo EVERY day for the entire year.
