Artist's Description
While participating in a photography workshop led by John Barclay, we had an opportunity to photograph his friend Dalyn on site at the Graffiti Underground. Dalyn has a marvelous sense of humor and showed up for our early morning shoot wearing pajamas and carrying a newspaper and a cup (empty but he pretended to drink from it in several of the images). This is one of my favorite images from our shoot that day.
About Victoria Porter
I've been enamored of photography all my life and now that I'm retired, I have the time to travel to exotic places for my photography, study others work and improve my skills with guidance from other marvelous photographers. I especially enjoy creating art from images captured with either my Nikon camera, my Olympus OM-D or my iPhone.You will find that I have a wide variety of images ranging from "straight" photographic images to images post-processed with a variety of iOS apps and/or Lightroom/Photoshop with (or without) various plug-ins. In 2015, I embarked on a "photo-a-day" project, committing to post one photo EVERY day for the entire year. I think committing to this has improved the quality of my images at the same time it has driven...
