I went to the Maryland Side of the Great Falls Park one fall day to photograph fall color. I had missed the peak of the color but was pleasantly surprised to be able to watch two kayakers run this one particular stretch of rapids known as "The Race." The rapid seen here is known as "Grace Under Pressure" and these two certainly exhibited that!
I've been enamored of photography all my life and now that I'm retired, I have the time to travel to exotic places for my photography, study others work and improve my skills with guidance from other marvelous photographers.
