It is hard to believe this was taken in the middle of a bustling neighborhood. I was at a party with friends that was held on the rooftop of their apartment building which gave quite a different view of the sun setting over Washington, DC. The sky really was that color.
I've been enamored of photography all my life and now that I'm retired, I have the time to travel to exotic places for my photography, study others work and improve my skills with guidance from other marvelous photographers. I especially enjoy creating art from images captured with either my Nikon camera, my Olympus OM-D or my iPhone.You will find that I have a wide variety of images ranging from "straight" photographic images to images post-processed with a variety of iOS apps and/or Lightroom/Photoshop with (or without) various plug-ins.
