These are two of the wild horses a high school classmate and I had the opportunity to photograph in the herd that roams the Pryor Mountains in Wyoming. I like to think they are having a conversation, or sharing a secret.

From the Wild Mustang Center site: This herd of horses is very special because of its Colonial Spanish American heritage. This tough little horse, derived from the horses of Portugal and Spain, has been present in this rugged mountain area for nearly 200 years.

I've been enamored of photography all my life and now that I'm retired, I have the time to travel to exotic places for my photography, study others work and improve my skills with guidance from other marvelous photographers. I especially enjoy creating art from images captured with either my Nikon camera, my Olympus OM-D or my iPhone.You will find that I have a wide variety of images ranging from "straight" photographic images to images post-processed with a variety of iOS apps and/or Lightroom/Photoshop with (or without) various plug-ins.
